Refund Policy

A $25 administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds.

 

Course registrations may be cancelled for a full refund (minus the administrative fee) up to 2 weeks (14 days) before the course start date.

 

After-which, students can receive a 50% refund up to one week prior to the starting date of the selected course (minus the administrative fee).

 

No refunds are available for cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date.

We are unable to offer individual makeup sessions if students are unable to attend class. 

 

However, students should be able to miss a class and continue the subsequent classes and course curriculum with minimal issue.

 

If a class session is cancelled by Still life for some reason and if a substitute instructor is not available, a make-up class will be scheduled. 

Students may cancel workshop bookings up to 14 days before for a full refund.

Afterwards, a 50% refund may be received until 72 hours before.

 

We are unable to refund within 24 hours of the workshop.
