I read about Batter Blaster several months ago and couldn’t find it at the store. Yesterday I happened upon it in the dairy case at my local Fred Myer. This morning I gave it a trial run by making waffles. I love waffles and sometimes just want 1. Making batter for one waffle is a pain and the process of making extra and freezing them to use later is, well, both bothersome and kinda defeats the purpose of having a freshly made waffle. If I’m gonna freeze and re-heat, I may as well just buy the toaster waffles and fuh-get-about-it.

Well – the Batter Blaster came through with flying colors. Golden brown that is. Good tooth. And tasty. Freshly made tasty waffle. Yep.

Did I mention Batter Blaster is USDA Organic and mostly recyclable packaging?
