It all started last week when I quit my Facebook account. I came to realize that I’d been wasting precious moments of my life doing something that was a complete waste of time. I’m not sure if everyone who was my “friend” there knows it -but I’ve gone missing. And it’s wonderful.  Really. You should try it!

In fact, I’ve started a new community. It’s called: “www.stopwastingtimeontechnologyandactuallytalkwithpeople.com”

You are invited to join, be one of my friends and share information with me. There are no personal pages to bother with. No updates to write and post anonymously.  No pictures to post or manage and certainly no organizations to join that will help save this or that important cause.

Just join. Tell yourself you belong and let it take care of itself.  If you want to talk with me – call me or drop by my house. I promise to do the same. When we see one another – let’s ask to be each others friend and talk about our thoughts and activities. Oh – and let’s also listen to what the other has to say. It’s a new way of looking at friendship in this age of technology.
